However, his dedication and stoicism weren’t any lesser when he was younger, showcasing one of the most brutal workout routines to date.
He started his routine by running ropes, showcasing his speed and control. He then jumps hurdles, explaining that the key to making this effective is to make sure that the moment his feet touch the ground, he is in the air again. He also does shuttle drills, which involve him quickly running from one point to the next.
