George Clooney expressed his distaste for plastic surgeries and other invasive procedures that make a person look younger. The actor, known for his roles inOcean’s ElevenandGravity, remains one of the most in-demand leading men in Hollywood and he fully embraces his aging physicality.
It’s already quite common in the show business for celebrities to spend thousands of fortunes to look younger than they truly are. After all, who doesn’t want the fountain of youth to last forever? However, for Clooney, the laws of nature could never be defied.
George Clooney Would Rather Embrace His Age Than Go Under The Knife
George Clooneyhas been sporting the silver fox look aka grey hairs for years now and he doesn’t feel compelled to hide them. When asked if he had ever considered coloring his hair, or even undergoingplastic surgeryto remove the wrinkles on his face, he firmly stated he hadn’t.
More interestingly, he believes it doesn’t work at all – the cosmetic procedures. “I think it actually makes you look older,” he argued in an interview withBBC. The actor is a huge believer in embracing one’s individuality, even the parts that seem difficult to accept such as aging skin or grey hairs.
“I’m a big believer in the idea that you can’t try to look younger,” he further noted before adding that everyone should try to look their best at their present age.
