TheDemon Slayer Kimetsu no Yaibafighting game, available on every platform except Nintendo Switch, has been receiving several free DLC characters - and the last duo joining the game has been officially revealed.
Six DLC characters were initially scheduled and four are already playable, Rui, Akaza, Yahaba, and Susamaru. Now, the last pair of characters joiningKimetsu no Yaiba Hinokami Keppuutanhave been revealed.
Who are the final DLC characters in theDemon Slayergame?
The final DLC characters have been officially revealed to be Yushiro and Enmu. Yushiro is one of the many supporter side characters ofDemon Slayerand one of the unique demons not under Muzan’s influence. As Tamayo turned him into a demon. Meanwhile, Enmu is one of the villains appearing in theMugen Trainarc and its anime movie adaptation.
Interestingly, the screenshots show Yushiro together with Tamayo, who will appear during his attacks.
it’ll also be interesting to see Enmu’s fighting style in the game seeing he usually never fights directly. His forte is attacking people in their dreams with his human collaborators.
When are Enmu & Yushiro getting released inDemon Slayer The Hinokami Chronicles?
Both Yushiro and Enmu will be released together as free DLC on August 08, 2025. The DLC is coming to all platforms: PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X. You can find some additional screenshots for both characters in the gallery below.
Personally speaking, I believeDemon Slayer The Hinokami Chroniclesis very likely to receive a sequel at some point. The game definitely has a lot of room for improvement and seeing the history of CyberConnect2 with theNarutoseries, things can only go upward. CyberConnect2 and Aniplex will probably announce a follow-up in these next few months, adapting more of the anime and manga. And having all of the Hashira as playable characters.
