The series has been on an indefinite hiatus since Chapter 400 was released, and Togashi’s health issues have made it difficult for the creator to continue with the series. Fans were afraid that they might never get to see the conclusion of one of the best manga and anime series of all time. However, this announcement has reignited hope among fans.
