Monogatarifans have been waiting for almost half a decade now for any update ever since the conclusion ofOwarimonogatari.The series has always found itself with a strong fanbase stricken either by its mesmerizing visuals or captivating storytelling. In both ways, there is a strong loyalty that they hold, one that has kept them patient.

Ever since the Off season and Monster season were announced, there has been this brewing sense of anticipation, one that is evidently rising. Now that the trailer is finally out, this has grown manifolds. Not only that, but the animation is on par with some of the biggest competitors in the anime industry. So much so that fans have begun speculating that a formidable opponent to studios such as MAPPA and Ufotable could find their next big challenge.

Monogatariis back with not one but two different seasons years after fans had apparently seen the end of the series. Now following the course of the anime right after the events that took place inOwarimonogatari,starting right where they left off. As perAnime TV, YOASOBI, best known forIDOLinOshi no Ko,will be returning withUndead.
The latest trailer has easily been one of themost awaited for fansand so far it has done anything but disappoint. Unlike Off season, which follows the events of the final season, Monster’s plot is still yet to be revealed, keeping the fans in the dark indefinitely.

The animation has so far given the fans a certain sense of hope. It has always been a mesmerizing piece of work, with Studio Shaft doing its best to give them exactly what they want and more. This has opened a new territory for them, one that makes fans compare the studios to none other than MAPPA and Ufotable.
Fans Find Studio Shaft’s Animation Worth a While
When the two new seasons were announced, there was nothing but positivity and anticipation. Seeing the official trailer has driven that source even more. The animator is greatly admirable, so much so that fans are constantly striving towards a comparison between bothJujutsu KaisenandDemon Slayer’sanimation studios.

MAPPA and Ufotable are both widely known for their spectacular animations, creating a fanbase dedicated to their work whether or not they were anime fans at first. They have been acknowledging how the studios haven’t lost their touch even after years.
