The Faction Missions inWarzone 2DMZ provide a variety of different rewards for those willing to grind through them. For Season 2, you’ll expect to encounter a variety of missions that take advantage of your Mission Item Stash, thus requiring you to deploy into the various exclusion zones. This is the case forFailed Bombing, one which will have you finding and rearming an explosive charge.

Failed Bombing is the sixth available mission for Tier 4 of theBlack Mous faction. To complete it, you will need toloot and extract the defused charge from the Ahkdar statue,rearm the charge at the Ashika Waterways Dead Drop, and thendeliver the rearmed charge to the Al Sharim Pass Dead Drop. Doing so will reward you with an Expedite 12 for your Contraband Stash, along with 15,000 XP.
Finding & Extracting The Defused Charge
To complete the first part of Failed Bombing, you will need tofind and extract a defused charge from the Ahkdar statue. As the name suggests, you canfind the statue at Ahkdar Villageover on Al Mazrah - more specifically within thecenter of this location. When heading over to the statue, be mindful of the Al Qatala soldiers within this area. It may even be worth heading over to Zaya Observatory first, and then parachuting down to Ahkdar Village to avoid unwanted attention.
You willfind the charge in between the feet of the statue. Simply loot the charge and proceed to extraction to complete the first part of the mission.

Now that you have extracted the charge, you will be able to take it over to Ashika Island to complete the second stage of the mission - which tasks you withrearming the charge at the Waterways Dead Drop. To rearm the charge, you will need to firstfind a single battery and electrical components. Both items can commonly befound within toolboxes and computers, which are abundant in areas like the Beach Club and Town Centre.
Once you have both items, head over to theWaterways Dead Drop - found deep within the Waterways, directlybelow Tsuki Castle(Where theWeapon Caseresides). To get here, you can enter through the various waterway entrances to the north, west, and southeast portions of the map - or by simply heading down any of the available zip lines. Simply drop the charge, the electrical components, and the battery into the Dead Drop to wrap up the second stage of the mission.
You will also need toextract this chargein order to complete the third and final part of the Failed Bombing mission.
Now that you have extracted the rearmed charge from Ashika Island, you will need to take it back into Al Mazrah for the third and final objective - which requires you todeliver the charge to the Al Sharim Pass Dead Drop. The dumpster in question islocated between two buildings on the hillside portionof this location. Simply drop the rearmed charge into the dumpster to wrap up Failed Bombing.
