Tomodachi Game Episode 5 Recap
Episode 5 started where the previous one was left. Shibe tries to convince Manabu that he didn’t kill anyone, but he asks him to prove it. After seeing him incapable of proving it, Manabu takes the god survey, whether to trust Shibe or not. But only 1% of votes came in his favor. Yuuichi steps up and tells that he knows who the traitor is but refuses to tell the name at the moment.
Yuuichi tells that there’s a flaw with the game they are playing and they could use it to their advantage. He tells everyone to badmouth themselves, except for the person who is currently in the lead. This way, the traitor won’t be able to betray them anymore. Tenji steps up and asks Yuuichi to spill the traitor’s name, but he denies his request.
After writing the bad-mouthing notes, Manabu reveals that this time there were ten cards in the box. Yuuichi is startled to hear this and Manabu reveals that one person wrote plenty of cards this time. This takes Shiho to the first place. Yuuichi is back with another plan to catch the traitor and he assures everyone that the plan will work. He says that one rule of the game says that they cannot lie, and if they use this rule with his previous plan, they can catch the traitor.
Yuuichi tells everyone to write on their cards that “I’m the one who applied to play Tomodachi Game” and write their names on the cards as well. The traitor must be the one who applied for Tomodachi Game. Tenji is finally caught being the traitor.
