During the interview, Bonham Carter also reflected on the reasons that caused them to choose such an arrangement, claiming that it helped enhance their relationship and lives.

Further talking about their unique setup, Helena Bonham Carter explained why she and Tim Burton decided to connect their homes.“We just have two houses knocked together because mine was too small,”she shared.

Bonham also noted that despite having their separate house, they enjoyed a normal relationship with some added benefits which she believed strengthened their bond.

She humorously mentioned that one of the reasons behind their setup was also theBeetlejuicedirector’s snoring.“Tim does snore, and that’s an element,”she said, adding that while they tried various remedies, none proved effective, and Burton wasn’t keen on undergoing surgery.
