What Happened Previously On TBATE
A giant Golem holds Arthur in his hands, and Arthur somehow frees himself. A new Asura then appears, and Windsom introduces him as Wren. Arthur and Wren then get acquainted, and the latter asks Windsom about the consequences of being late in the human world. This surprises Arthur, and Windsom tells him that humans face no charges for it. Wren wonders that with such a small life span, there shouldn’t be anything more important for humans than time.
Wren asks Arthur to take off his clothes so he can study him properly. He then notices a wing wrapped up on Arthur’s wrist, which Wren strips away. Wren states that it’s a rare dragon feather, but he has been using it as an arm warmer. Windsom then explains its rareness to Arthur. Wren states that they never shed their feathers, and if a dragon deliberately gave him their wing, it means they trust you. This makes Arthur happy, and he remembers the day he got the feather from Sylvie.
Now, the training begins, and a Golem starts rushing toward Arthur. Wren asks him to cast a spell, but he misses, and the Golem attacks Arthur. Wren states that it’s time to run a few more tests, after which an enormous hoard of Golems surrounds the area, and Arthur is told to take them down. He quickly takes down every single Golem, after which Wren asks him to show the weapon he will be using in the battle.
Arthur wields a stick, and Wren starts laughing hard. The former states that it’s not what it looks like, and Wren begins to unsheathe it. Arthur is confident enough that Wren won’t be able to wield the sword, but to his surprise, Wren easily brings forth the sword that Arthur bonded with. Upon asking how he did it, the former replies that it’s because he’s the one who forged it.
