The Legend Of Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdombrings back the paraglider for players to use while exploring the massive world of Hyrule. While this paraglider is often used for slowing your descent, it can also be used to solve puzzles requiring precise landing.

The Mayak Shrine is all about timing, requiring you to use Ultrahand in one corner of the Shrine before sprinting to another area to activate a pillar. This Shrine only has two main puzzles to solve, with the optional chest being found in the second room.
Mayak Shrine Location
The Mayak Shrine is located along thenorthern border of the map,past the Eldin Mountains, under theThyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower. Thecoordinates of the Shrine are 1270, 3733, 0106, with the Shrine begin easily glided to from the Eldin Mountains.

Solving Mayak Shrine
Upon entering the Shrine, there will be an orange pillar directly in front of you. Hitting this pillar willactivate the platform and move it out from under coverand where it can be pressed with a large object before quickly moving back under cover. Looking to the left side of the room will be a platform that periodically shoots up, which can be stood on to launch Link into the air. Do so anduse your paraglider to land on the upper platform.There will be a large sphere that can be picked up and placed on the nearby tack using Ultrahand. After placing the large sphere on the track,immediately run back to the orange pillar and activate it as soon as the sphere begins falling downover where the platform will appear. Timing it right will have the sphere activate the button and open the gate to the next room. Use the rising platform again to be launched up into the air and paraglide over to the now-opened door.
In the next room, you’ll be dealing with a similar puzzle, just on a much larger scale. To reach the sphere, you’ll need to be launched from the platform on the right side of the room,then reach a second platform to be launched even higher.After being launched the first time, look to theback left corner of the room to find a chest hung by a rope;shooting the rope with an arrowto drop the chest below. At the very top area of the Shrine will be another sphere and track. After placing the sphere on the track,sprint and dive down as quickly as possibleto get back to the pillar before the sphere drops. Timing this right will have the gate open to the inner Shrine and reward you with a Light Of Blessing.
