Catiua is one of the most important characters inTactics Ogre: Reborn’s story. Though she starts the game as a Guest character, she can eventually join your Roster permanently.

Decide If You Want To Fight Her
The first step in Catiua’s recruitment process occurs when you fight Sherri at the Hagia Banahumba in Chapter 3. After you win that fight and speak with Archiereus Mreuva, he will ask if you are prepared to wage war on your sister.
If you answer,“I shall do what I must,“you will thennot fighther later in the game.
If you answer,“That I cannot do,“youwillfight her.
The Battle At Barnicia
During Chapter 4, you will see the results of your earlier choice. If you do face Catiua in this battle,you must not defeat her, or you will not be able to recruit her afterward. Catiua will not Shiftstone away at low health, so you must deal with her presence for the duration of the fight until Tartaros is defeated. She will appear in this battle as her uniqueDark Priest Class, which has powerful indirect spells like Cragfall, so watch out for her damage.

Picking The Correct Recruitment Dialogue
Once this battle is won, you will get a cutscene in which the correct dialogue selection will be based on whether you fought Catiua or not.
The Princess Joins
Catiua will not join the party immediately; you will need to move to Phidoch castle for a further cutscene, after which you will be able to recruit her.Catiua joins at Level 33 as her unique Princess Class. You will not be immediately provided with any Princess class marks, so beware of switching out of it, or you will not be able to switch back.
Princess is a hybrid melee and spellcasting class. It can use many different weapons, armor, and spells.Catiua joins with level 31 in Cudgelsand some Earth and Divine spells. Her personal element is Earth, but she is a good candidate to use a Light Charm on, as she can be a very strong Divine magic-user both in this and her Priest class.
