The story follows a man, who was once summoned to another world to save the day. After completing his mission, he enjoys living an unassuming life as a “normal person.” Until one day when he gets caught in a trap and is summoned back to his original world, but as a baby. It doesn’t end there though. Once he’s in high school, he gets summoned again back to the other world. Did you get all of that?
The anime is based on the light novel series by Kazuha Kishimoto Isekai Shōkan wa Nidome Desu (Summoned to Another World… Again!?). The novel series first launched on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in 2015, and Arashiyama’s manga adaptation launched on Futabasha’s Web Comic Action site in July 2018. The manga is ongoing, with the ninth Japanese volume releasing on March 30. Coolmic is releasing the manga in English digitally.
