The"Revelation"is a main story quest inStarfieldwhere you pursue aStarborn, either theHunterorEmissary, to acquire the remaining artifacts needed to build theArmillary. Depending on your choices in pursuing the quest objectives, you can also engage theStarbornin a boss fight.

Defeating theStarborn bosswill also reward you with alegendary weapon. Furthermore, the quest can also be completed through peaceful means, allowing you to skip the boss fight altogether.
This guide assumes that you’ve sided with the Emissary, but it’s important to note that the quest will unfold in the same way regardless of your chosen side.

Starting The Quest
To acquire the final artifact required for constructing the Armillary, you must journey to the planetMasada IIIwithin theMasada star systemand confront theHunter. It’s important to ensure that your ship has sufficient fuel to execute at least5 to 6grav jumps.
Upon entering the orbit ofMasada III, you’ll encounter theHunter, leading to a brief dogfight before theStarbornvanishesand heads toward the buried temple.

Following this encounter, you’ll have to deal with the remainingStarborn reinforcement ships. After dealing with them, theEmissarywill instruct you to land at theburied templeonMasada IIIin order to capture the fleeingHunter.
Find The Artifact
Land your spaceship at theBuried Temple landing siteonMasada IIIand proceed to follow the quest marker. You’ll arrive at an area resembling a shipyard, where you’ll encounterfour challenging Starborn guardians. It’s advisable to usehigh-damage weaponsto defeat them.
Once you’ve eliminated theStarborn Guardians, continue following the quest marker until you reach theBuried Temple. Along the way, you’ll be ambushed by a group ofEcliptic soldiers whoare not very challenging to deal with.

After taking out the Ecliptic soldiers,search for the Ecliptic Base ID Cardlocated within the control room, as marked by the objective marker. Use this key at the designated security door toenter the Ecliptic base. Navigate through the Ecliptic base while moving downstairs. Eventually,you’ll come across a familiar anomaly.
Interacting with the anomaly will trigger a spacetime shift, transporting you to a cave. To exit the cave, simply follow the path ahead until you locate another anomaly that returns you to theBuried Temple.

The Spacetime Shifts
TheEmissarywill explain that you need tonavigate through more spacetime shiftsto reach the center of the temple. Before you can locate the next anomaly, you’ll need toface off against a few more Starborn Guardians, attack robots, and turrets. It’s advisable to pursue the optional objective ofdisabling the defensesto lower the challenge.
After defeating the Starborn Guardians, follow the quest marker to locate thesecond anomaly. Interacting with it will transport you onto theScow, where you’ll encounterCaptain Petrov. After a brief conversation with the enigmatic captain, you’ll need to eliminate him andretrieve the Private Quarters Keyfrom his body. You can then choose to either take out Captain Petrov’s guards or make yourescape using the anomaly in Petrov’s living quarters.

Upon your return to theBuried Temple, you’ll find yourself inunderground caveswith the Emissary guiding you to the next anomaly. Follow the quest marker and take the elevator. While you’re still in the elevator,you’ll encounter another anomaly midway through.
This time, you’ll be transported to theEye, the spaceship belonging to theConstellation. Here, you’ll findVladimirmourning your death next to your lifeless body. Following a brief conversation with Vladimir, use the same anomaly to return to theBuried Temple.
Confronting The Starborn
Before confronting theHunterat theBuried Temple, you’ll need toeliminate a group of Starborn GuardiansandHunter duplicates. Nearby, there are supplies, including ammunition andaid items, so it’s advisable to stock up on resources before entering combat.
Once you’ve dealt with theseStarborn forces, proceed to theTemple entrance and unlock it. Inside, you’ll find the Hunter waiting at the center of the Temple, preventing your path to theUnity. You can now attempt topersuade the Hunter,which may allow you to skip the boss fight, or you can choose toattack him. It’s worth noting that failing to persuade the Hunter will leave you with no alternative but to battlethe Starborn.
Fighting The Starborn
This fight isn’t going to be easy, and you’ll be experiencing multiple spacetime shifts throughout the fight. These shifts will take you to various locations you’ve previously explored during the main story, including theLodge,NASA Launch Tower,Neon City, and more.
Since the Starborn has a massive health pool, it’s advisable to useclose-range, high-damage weapons like shotgunsto make the fight more manageable.
Upon defeating the Hunter,collect the remaining artifacts from the Hunter’s corpse, including a legendary laser rifle calledUnmitigated Damage. If you end upfighting the Emissary, you’ll receive the legendary particle beam rifle calledEternity’s Gate. However, if you choose to skip the boss fight,you’ll miss out on these weapons.
Speak To The Emissary
With the Hunter defeated, the Emissary will instruct you to retrieve the final artifact from the Temple andbuild the Armillaryon your ship. With theArmillaryon your ship,executing the nextGrav Drivewill take you to the Unity.
To complete the quest, collect the final artifact from theanomaly, which will then transport you and the Emissary outside theBuried Temple.
