With all these characters, it can be hard to decide which characters are good and which are bad. Here is a ranking of the main characters within the game.

10Bode Akuna

Bode is one of the new characters that the game features. His appearance in the trailer caused a lot of discussions among fans, especially once fans realized he would be one of the AI companions within the game. When Cal first meets Bode, they are working together to infiltrate the planet Coruscant, the Imperial capital.

While he is a fan favorite, he isn’t as well-loved by fans as Merrin, Cal’s other companion. Bode reveals himself to be an Imperial spy and betrays Cal, killing Master Eno Cordova in the process. As Cal chases after Bode, he also learns that he was a former Jedi. His betrayal of Cal bumps him down on the list.

Rayvis is another one of the new characters the game introduces. He is the leader of a criminal organization in Koboh called the Bedlam Raiders. He works with Dagan Gera and even saves him from Cal when Dagan is released from stasis.

Star Wars Jedi Survivor Rayvis-1

Rayvis tries to stop Cal at every turn during his journey; from sending different lackeys to kill Cal to be a pretty difficult boss battle, Rayvis is an interesting character. His willingness to help Dagan and work hard against Cal makes him one of the best in the game.

8Eno Cordova

Eno Cordova, the Jedi Master that trained Cere Junda, played a major role in Jedi: Fallen Order, and plays a significant role in this game as well. While he was only seen in hologram form in the first game, Cal meets him in person during this game.

He works with Cere to restore the Jedi Archives and lends his skills to Cal whenever possible. His part in the game is a major plot point and is certainly an exciting character to meet. His death at the hands of Bode was an upsetting moment for many fans of the game.

7Greez Dritus

Greez Dritus is a reoccurring character within the game. During Jedi: Fallen Order, Greez and Cal were not on the best of terms in the beginning; however, by the end, Greez would do anything for Cal and the crew on the Stinger Mantis.

When Cal needs help in Jedi: Survivor, Greez is the first person he goes to, and Greez doesn’t disappoint. Even after five years, he is willing to do whatever Cal needs him to do. His reappearance is a warm welcome for many players.

6Dagan Gera

Dagan Gera is another character that makes their debut in the game. Dagan is a Jedi Knight from the High Republic Era that has been frozen in stasis for that entire time. When Cal learns of Dagan, he goes to release him from stasis, hoping that the Jedi Knight would join his cause.

However, Cal quickly learns that Dagan has turned to the Dark Side. His past makes him a fascinating and unique character for Cal to encounter. He also proves to be a difficult boss battle for Cal. His backstory puts him above other characters as he gives players an interesting look into the High Republic Era time.

5Cere Junda

Cere Junda makes a return after being vital to Jedi: Fallen Order. Cere was the one who trained Cal in the ways of the Jedi. Being a former Jedi Knight herself, she was an amazing tutor for Cal. Her role in this game involves introducing Cal to Eno Cordova, and working with the two to help Cal on his adventure.

Cere spends her time with Eno, working to recreate the Jedi Archive in hopes of it helping the resistance. Her devotion to Cal and the Jedi cause makes her a fan favorite for many, and her taking Cal under her wing after the loss of his original Master cements her as one of the best characters in the game.

ZN-A4, also known as Zee, is a droid from the High Republic Era. She was on a mission for Santari Khri, a Jedi and close friend of Dagan Gera, when she was trapped in Rambler’s Reach on the planet Koboh. Cal untangles her and soon, she becomes an important ally to the Jedi.

Her fun personality and interesting past make her a great character. Similarly to Dagan, she offers a unique insight into the High Republic Era, and offers fans a great droid ally (other than BD-1, of course).

3Nightsister Merrin

Many fans remember Nightsister Merrin (or just Merrin) from Jedi: Fallen Order. Merrin was an important part of the game, saving Cal from certain death at the end of that game. Now, Merrin is one of the two companions (Bode being the other) that Cal has.

When Cal first sees Merrin, she is helping Cere and Eno rebuild the Jedi Archives. Her importance in the last game, and her willingness to support Cal as an ally and partner in Jedi: Survivor ensures that she is a fan favorite.

2Cal Kestis

Cal, being the main character of both Jedi: Fallen Order, and Jedi: Survivor, is certainly one of the most popular characters of the series. Cal is the Jedi Order’s only hope, as he works to bring resistance against the Galactic Empire. Once a Padawan, Cal is now an experienced Jedi and uses his skills to fight the Galactic Empire time and time again.

Everything he stands for makes him one of the best characters in the series. He works toward seeing a brighter future for the Jedi, and to avenge those who were senselessly murdered after Order 66 happened. Being the main character, and an overall likable character, earned him this spot on the list.

BD-1 is the R2-D2 and BB-8 of Jedi: Fallen Order and Jedi: Survivor. Star Wars is known to have a cute droid helping the main character, and BD-1 is no different. From being an important ally to Master Eno Cordova, to helping Cal with his many quests, BD-1 is a loved character.

The many different customizations to this droid also allow players to feel like they have a say in their character. His legacy certainly makes him one of the most loved characters in the game’s franchise. He is one of the constants in Cal’s quest to save the Jedi.
