But the game has still left one fan-requested feature on the table, first-person mode.

However, the mode was quickly reverted, leaving fans wondering when it would officiallymake its way into the game. For over four years, players have been asking, when will Epic truly embrace the first-person perspective?
Fast forward to 2024, and while some progress has been made,Fortnite’s first-person mode still feels unfinished. Epic Games has just added an experimental first-person camera mode in the Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN), giving creators a chance to test it in custom maps.

It would be nice to see a confirmed release date for the release of the feature in full.
