As per the suit, the incident took place during the 2010 filming ofFast Five. The 56-year-old’s representatives have denied the accusations. However, the news is spreading like wildfire on the internet, leading to resurfacing of Diesel’s other questionable antics. Asta Jonasson’s lawsuit has putVin Dieselin a tricky situation after she claimed that the powerful actor and producer s-xually assaulted her in 2010 while she was working for him in Atlanta.

It is alleged that Mark Sinclair brought her to his suite at the St. Regis Hotel and subsequently pinned her to a wall as he performed a s-x act on himself.

“Ms. Jonasson was unable to escape and closed her eyes, scared of angering Vin Diesel by rejecting him further and trying to dissociate, wishing the assault would end,”the suit alleges (viaVariety).

Jonasson is also suing the actor for wrongful termination, alleging his company fired her after the said assault.

Many internet users are seemingly hard at work to underline Diesel’s other controversial antics, including his old interview from 2017, where he can be seen telling a Brazilian YouTuber Carol Moreira how “beautiful” she is.

At one point in the interview, he remarked,“She’s so f*****g beautiful it’s like, you can’t even do an interview with her”and then went on to crawl towards her on his knees.

The journalist didn’t say much and just awkwardly smiled but many fans suggested his behavior was creepy and unprofessional.

Vin Diesel’s Representative Reacts to the S-xual Assault Lawsuit

After seeing Diesel’s uncomfortable interview, many fans in the reply section of the viral video seem to have reached the conclusion that he might in fact be guilty. However, it’s best to let the investigation take its natural course.

In that regard, Bryan Freedman, a lawyer for Diesel issued a statement on Thursday afternoon to deny the allegations. The statement read:

“Let me be very clear: Vin Diesel categorically denies this claim in its entirety. This is the first he has ever heard about this more than 13-year-old claim made by a purportedly 9-day employee. There is clear evidence which completely refutes these outlandish allegations.”

Meanwhile, in a statement toBBC News, a lawyer for Jonasson has said her client aims to hold Diesel and those who allowed and covered up his s-xual assault accountable for their actions.
