According to some insiders who attended Gamescom 2024 and tried the demo, the quality-of-life improvements are quite significant and the gameplay is much smoother compared to the original game. There has been a noticeable improvement in mechanics such as jumping and dodge moves.
Resident Evil Isn’t the Only Remake Worth the Effort
On his X account, FrankByDaylight shared several details about what he saw in the demo he played at the convention.
One of the things he highlighted is thatDead Rising Deluxe Remasterwill feature a new aiming system that ensures shots hit their targets, something that was quite challenging in the original version. He also said that the game will now be more cinematic when it comes to taking the photos Frank needs for his job.
This content creator posted all this information and offered to answer any questions fans might have about the game. Many began asking about small details and changes compared to the original game.

Dead Rising Deluxe Remasterwill be released on September 18th for Xbox Series S/X, PS5, and PC. This remake will leverage all the graphical enhancements made possible by the extraordinary RE Engine, the same engine that powered the latest games in the series.
Another improvement is that the number of zombies on screen will be greater than ever, and all of them will be perfectly detailed.
