When Does Persona 5 Tactica Take Place
Persona 5 Tactica doesn’t have a calendar system,so the exact day the game happens is never clearly stated. That being said, thereis mention of Shido and his palace,implying this game takes placeafter the events of that palace and the final battle with Yaldaboath.
As all of the Phantom Thieves seem normal and not currently under the influence of Maruki’s reality, thebest estimate would be that Tactica takes place during the short time skip after December 25th to January 1st,after the events of the main game butbefore the events of the third semester andMaruki’s reality.

Repaint Your Heart DLC
The Repaint Your Heart DLC is a bit trickier to place on the timeline as it has Akechi in the game using Robin Hood andKasumialready has her Persona. Through some of the hints in dialogue, it’svery likely the events of the DLC take place during the events of Sai’s palacewhile Akechi is working alongside the Phantom Thieves. It’s also possible this takes place a few days after the events of the main story of Tactica and in theearly days of Maruki’s reality, where Akechi is alive, and after Joker has gotten over the shock of seeing him again.
