Persona 3 Reloadis a remake of the amazingly successful Person 3. In it, players are able to walk around their school and join the various clubs and organizations that there are. While these do add to the overall story, they are mainly so the character can meet the many different NPCs around the school.

Every few days of Persona 3 Reload will have the main character called on in class to answer a question; here are all the answers.
One club that you can join is the Student Council. When you join this club, you will be able to meet several different NPCs that you otherwise wouldn’t have met. One NPC you will meet in Chihiro. Here’s how you can complete herSocial Link.

Unlocking Chihiro & Her Availability
If you want to meet Chihiro, you will need to join the Student Council. This can be done on 4/27 when Mitsuru invites you to join.From there, you will need to head to the Faculty Room and ask your Homeroom Teacher about joining. You will then be introduced to Chihiro andHidetoshi.Chihiro will be available on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. you’re able to find her on the second-floor of the school.After you speak to her three times, you can suggest that the two of you hang out, starting her Social Link.
You do have to start the Emperor Social Link with Hideotoshi before you’re able to begin Chihiro’s.

Chichiro is a representation of the Arcana Justice. This means that if you have aPersona of that Arcana, you can have increased points toward your given dialogue responses. Here’s a list of each rank and what you should say.

If you choose to kiss Chihiro, you will reverse her Social Link.

Once you reach Rank 10,Chihiro will give you the Shojo Manga. This allows you to fuse Melchizedek, the highest-level Persona for Justice.
