The most direct, and most dangerous, method to get the police off your trail is toget rid of anyone that was around youwhen you committed the crime. Likemany other RPGs in the gaming space, Palworld works on a witness reporting system. If there’s someone around you, your criminal activity will be reported. However, if nobody saw you kill that onemerchantyou really hate, the police won’t come after you.
The hazard when practicing this method is that you’ll bite off more than you’re able to chew, leading to death at the hands of rabid NPCs. Killing high-leveled NPCs is no joke, and you can only attempt to do so onceyou’ve leveled yourself upto an appropriately high level.
Run Away From The PDIF

A rather simple method is tojust run away. Your ‘wanted’ level goes away after the police stop looking for you, meaning you don’t have to worry about continued pursuit after you’ve lost the PDIF once.
This is fairly easy to do because of the simplistic AI controlling the NPCs at the time of publishing, thoughthis could change with future updatessince the game is still in early access and drastic updates are expected to roll out in its lifetime. Don’t traverse flat terrain; instead, take the PDIF for a twisted ride along cliffs and hide from their line of sight until they stop looking for you. Alternatively, you can justuse a fast mountto blast off.

Don’t Even Worry About It
Surprisingly enough, Palworld doesn’t punish players that much for dying. The worst that can happen is that you lose the Pals you had at the time of death, as well as your inventory and equipment.
However, that is easily recoverable because of thegiant beacon that lights up your loot! Furthermore, dying more than once doesn’t reset your loot drop. The previous loot drop remains where it was and still gets a beacon in the sky for easy retrieval. Therefore, it makes a lot of sense to let the PDIF kill you once if they’re being very persistent; just return to retrieve your belongings afterward.
However, verify you run away from any land where you might be considered atrespasser, so you don’t have to repeat the process again just because you were trying to retrieve your belongings.
It might be a hassle to return to a far off location, so attempt to dienear an eagle statueif possible.
