As fans celebrate the film’s trailer and appreciate Gunn’s work, they have more reason to celebrate. Gunn, recently, revealed to hostBrandon Davisthat he won’t be repeating the mistake of having ‘end credit’ scenes from his Marvel days.
The one time I f**ked myself was when I put Adam Warlock in because then I’m like, ‘Oh sht, now I gotta put Adam Warlock in the next movie.’ which was actually a pain in the a8. So, I’m not gonna set up a whole universe with end credits scenes.
Even though the director exclaimed he would love for the audience to see the end credit scenes and give them a little something, the thought of being ‘pigeon-holed’ is what will keep him away from adding any end credits. Not only will this allow him a wider playfield to craft stories but it will also keep the anticipation and excitement alive.
