One Piece Chapter 1097: Spoilers
Kuma is now 17 years old and has become a pastor. He uses his special power to help old, poor people in the country by taking away their pain. People call it the “Miracle Hand.” Ginny, who is 21 years old, is now a beautiful young lady. She scolds older folks camping in the church and is quite popular among boys. People in the Sorbet Kingdom think the new king, King Bekori, is unkind and greedy. He even makes sick people pay tribute. The King overhears their talk secretly and gets embarrassed. Kuma promises to heal people with light sickness or pain every week.
Kuma collects all the pain he removes into a paw-shaped bubble and takes it upon himself, just like Zoro did. Ginny cries because Kuma does this every week, and people don’t know. Kuma explains he has to do it, or the pain will return to those he removed it from. He’s happy because he sees the people he helps are happy.
25 years ago, Kuma is 22, and Ginny asks him to marry her, but he refuses, worried about his parents' tragic past. He changes the subject to talk about Dragon and the Freedom Army. Kuma admires Dragon and wants to go to the sea and save people like a hero. Two kids who once bullied Kuma bring fish and seem to have a crush on Ginny.
22 years ago, a big incident occurred. Kuma, now 25, demands the King’s army release kidnapped people. The kidnappers claim the law allows them to use the southern people however they want. Kuma gets angry and attacks with Ursus Shock. The King divides the kingdom into two parts, with the south for the elderly who can’t pay tribute. On the other hand, Kuma, Ginny, and others end up in a jail cell. The Freedom Army, led by Dragon and Ivankov, arrives, deposes the King, and asks Kuma to join them in changing the world.
The Freedom Army becomes the Revolutionary Army with Kuma’s addition, and Ginny also joins. They help rebellion factions, teach recruits to fight, and seek funds. Dragon used to be a Marine but found no justice there. Kuma follows Dragon’s lead and goes back to visit his church. Fourteen years ago, Ginny, now the East Army Commander, was kidnapped, and an unexpected enemy was behind this disturbing news.
