One Piece Chapter 1042 Spoilers
According to some spoilers, Chapter 1042 ofOne Pieceis titled"Winners need no excuse."
The chapter begins with the X Drake fighting the CP0 boss. X Drake stabs the CP0 Boss, but surprisingly, it turns and hits Drake’s throat with “Shigan.”
After that, the chapter moves its focus towards Luffy VS Kaido. Interestingly, Kaido shows three new “Drunk modes” during the fight. To overwhelm Kaido, Luffy goes to his “Boundman” form and uses a new attack called"Gomu Gomu No Over Kong Gun.“However, Kaido reacts to Luffy’s attack with “Raihou Hakke,” an attack that we’ve never seen before.
The chapter ends with the CP0 boss arriving at the spot where Luffy and Kaido are fighting. Luffy gets distracted because of it, and Kaido lands a powerful hit on Luffy. Apparently, the CP0 boss grabbed Luffy’s arm with which he was about to attack Kaido. Of course, Kaido isn’t happy with the CP0 boss' sudden appearance, but he can’t stop attacking Luffy.
Interestingly, Kaido seems completely shocked and heartbroken, seeing that the same thing that happened with Oden has happened again. Kaido fought Oden 20 years ago, and he thinks that Luffy and Oden’s expressions are exactly the same.
Finally, the chapter ends with Luffy lying on the ground and bleeding because of the injury.
