In my Unneeded Opinion, I think this is an extremely good number for a new IP, especially when it comes to a JRPG other thanFinal FantasyandPersona. I honestly wonder how many people ended up even finishing more than one of the game’s storylines though.Octopath Traveler, orToshinden Traveleras I love to nickname it since it’s eight traveling fighters brought together by a common destiny, is a good game, but it could have been much better. The battle system and the OST are incredible, but everything else leaves a lot to be desired. The stories are hit and miss, the chapters always follow the exact same pattern, and the dungeon design is nonexistent, among other issues. If you haven’t played it yet and want to make your own opinion on the game,Octopath Traveleris onSteamandSwitch, and the 50% off sale until April 2 is a good occasion to grab it.
