Louis-Dreyfus made the above statement, suggesting that she was in the dark about any potential reunion plans. Meanwhile, Seinfeld had suggested that his reunion plans with co-creator Larry David involved redoing the show’s controversial ending.
Despite Seinfeld’s words suggesting a reunion, the comedian was likelyreferring to the series finale of David’sCurb Your Enthusiasm,which references the ending ofSeinfeld. However, Louis-Dreyfus did not appear in the episode, which might suggest she isn’t as interested in reprising the role of Elaine after all.
