In Post-War Saga Arc, he encounters a bunch of baboons, also known as, humandrills except they’re no ordinary apes. This is especially true for their mimicking abilities and menacing nature. After a long arduous fight, however, he incapacitated the creatures.
Though this has been a running gag within the fandom with his battling apes, a victory is a victory nonetheless. He managed topass Mihawk’s testwith flying colors through his perseverance and relentlessness.
