Dune: Part Twois the talk of the town as Denis Villeneuve has managed to exceed all expectations and deliver another staggering sci-fi epic that improved upon the already impressive first part. Dave Bautistawho plays Rabban in both films did an amazing job in Part 2 and his continued efforts in trying to please the Baron were interesting to watch. Josh Brolin as Gurney Halleck brought a certain sense of groundedness to Chalamet’s Paul amidst all the talk of him being the Messiah. Brolin gives an empathetic performance as he cares for Paul and his efforts.

There is no doubt that Chalamet, Butler, and Ferguson were great in the film with the former two going through intriguing evolutions in the film. However, Brolin, Bautista, and Bardem were also amazing in the film and deserve more love from fans. Actors like Christopher Walken, Stellan Skarsgård, and Florence Pugh also deserve a shout-out despite their limited presence in the film.
