Wilson’s Mobius tells Loki about a story regarding a certain variant and a mission to hunt him down. The story starts with some hunters going out on a mission“somewhere near the black sea”.

The hunters find a variant that will be responsible for 5000 deaths that were out of time. However, when they hunt down the variant, it turns out that he was an 8-year-old boy. Now here’s the fun part.

Remember the location that Mobius stated? Well, in Marvel Comics, there is a fictional country called Latveria and Doctor Doom is the monarch of that country. The surprising thing is that Latveria is situated next to Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, and, Croatia.
One doesn’t need to look far to see that the Black Sea (in our world) is next to Bulgaria, Romania, Russia, and, Turkey! This was an obvious reference to Doctor Doom and the future that the MCU will be heading towards. Check out the scenehere.
