RGG Studiohas ensured that players who want to play Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii on the go, will be able to, as the title is now Steam Deck verified.
The announcement was made today via the official studiio’s Twitter/X account, where we see a mock-up of a Steam Deck playing the game.

While we haven’t tested the game on Steam Deck yet since it’s not out, players should expect low to medium settings for RGG Studio’s latest Yakuza game when gaming on the go.
While we’re not discounting 60 frames-per-second might be something RGG can pull off from the portable device, a realistic target might be 30fps.

Outside the graphical settings, expect the same gameplay from the PC and console counterparts.

Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii is the second game in the franchise’s Gaiden subseries. Gamers will be able to step in the shoes of Goro Majima, who RGG states is “a man who has lost his memory and reinvents himself as a pirate on the open sea.”
While the game isn’t out yet, RGG Studio has already confirmed the action game will bereceiving a New Game+ mode post-launch for freevia a title update.
