If you’re thinking you should be able to plant these seeds to grow some crops in a garden, you’d be right. LEGO Fortnite has a farming mechanic similar to othersurvival gameswhere players can plant seeds on a piece of land and grow crops. Here is how to do it.
How To Start A Garden
The first thing you need to do to start planting seeds is to make a plot of garden soil and place it on the ground. You’ll need two things.
Once you have both Soil and Fertilizer ready to go, open up your Build menu and look forGarden Plotunder the utility tab (you might have to scroll a bit to find it).
Place a piece of Garden Plot on the ground, preferably near your village, and voila! Your very own plot of land to grow seeds in.
Interact with a plot of Garden Plot and place the seeds in the empty box(pictured above).Come back the next dayto your Garden Plot, and you’ll be able to harvest what the seeds grow into.
Once a seed has been planted, it’ll last forever (or until you remove it).This means you’re able to keep coming back day after day and keep reaping the rewards, literally.

How To Get Seeds
You can get seeds either by finding them inside chests or by using the Grain Mill, a utility station that can be built from the Build Menu. You need the following materials to make a Grain Mill.
Deposit any cooking ingredient inside a Grain Mill, and it will process them into seeds. The items that can be processed into seeds are:
