If you’re ready for more heroic sheep action, let’s go save some more.
Speak With Smoliek
Just north-west of Zhelejov, in a clearing in the woods, is Smoliek the Shepherd and his flock of sheep. Head over to see if he’s having any trouble with wolves after you’ve aided Siegfried in Sheep Among Wolves.
Unsurprisingly, Smoliek is having his own wolf issues. He’s lost a sheep, and he’s worried that his boss won’t believe it was wolves without any proof.

Agree to attempt to track down the missing sheep with the promise to bring back its branded ear as proof of a wolf attack if necessary.
Fight Off The Wolves
On your path to your next map marker in the nearby woods, you’ll come across two wolves on patrol.
Since there are only a couple to deal with, you and Mutt should be able to take them down in no time.

Once there’s only one remaining, don’t be surprised if it simply runs off.
Wolves that run away will sometimes return to sneak attack you. Don’t let your guard down.

Recover The Sheep’s Ear
At the exact spot on the included map above, you’ll find the grisly remains of Smoliek’s missing sheep. You’re, unfortunately, too late.
Approach the sheep, and you’ll be able to collect its ear as you promised. At the very least, you can still help Smoliek get out of some hot water with his boss.
Back at the pasture, find Smoliek still diligently tending his flock and deliver him the ear of his missing sheep.
He’ll still have a reward for you even though his sheep didn’t survive. Like Siegfried’s before, Smoliek passes along another modest offering including:
Contrary to the special die you received from Siegfried, the Die of Misfortune isn’t much to write home about. It’s weighted to be more likely to roll numbers two through five. However, if you can synergize with other special dice in your inventory, it can have its uses.
If you’ve yet to assist Shepherd Stanislav, he’s got a new task for you in Carrot On A Stick.
If you’ve already helped Stanislav, you’ll unlock a final task with Herdsboy Natan, Hunting The Werewolf.
