While it is not known whether Middleton is a fan of the films, other fans too agreed that the video was “Twilight-coded”. One fan shared that the attire, too, reminded them of Alice’s vision of Bella and Edward’s life together inNew Moon. Fans made lighthearted jokes about the topic, while not intending to offend the royal family or disrespect Middleton’s struggles. Some of the fan reactions read:

ITS SO TWILIGHT CODED IT CANT BE A COINCIDENCE
Is it just me or the way Kate dressed reminds anyone else of the vision Alice had of Bella’s life as a vampire in ‘New Moon’? That vision had such a whimsical/fantastical vibe to it. The royal family’s video probably tried to have a similar vibe.
This is what the internet was made for 👏

A millennial definitely directed this 😂
Kate’s so team Edward

someone please do gods work and actually put the filter on it, i’m begging
The video is shot by London-based advertising filmmaker Will Warr, who has previously made videos for the royal couple. He owns Detail Films, which produces branded films and creative campaigns for companies like Puma and UberEats.

The cancer journey is complex, scary and unpredictable for everyone, especially those closest to you.
