South Korean publisher Nexon Games is gearing up to launch an open beta for their free-to-play racing game, KartRider: Drift, starting from6:00 PM PDT on August 31stthrough6:00 AM PDT on September 6th. The open beta will be playable with a global racing test on all planned platforms, including Xbox One, PlayStation 4, iOS, Android, and PC via Steam.

If you intend on taking part in the open beta on either Xbox, PlayStation, or Steam, make sure to follow the guidelines that were recently posted on the game’sofficial website. Nexon Games also announced that those whopre-register for the official launchwill receive Model Student Diz item when it becomes available.
According to the developer team, the latest version of KartRider: Drift will feature plenty of new maps, characters, outfits, and features. Additionally, Nexon Games has had ample time over the past six months to add mobile play. Taking players' feedback into account, the team behind KartRider: Drift aims to connect as many players as possible across various platforms.
In case you missed it, KartRider: Drift had a closed beta test at the end of last year. However, the developer team outlined in their latest post that there will be notable improvements that could change the gameplay when it fully launches. Nexon Games will have a chance to show off what they have been working on since its previous beta phase with a global racing test. The publisher also stated a couple of days ago that they are working on resolving an issue that prevents Xbox players from pre-downloading the game on their client.
KartRider: Drift is a free-to-play, arcade racing game offering deep character customization, fun, and chaos, according to the game’s description. As previously stated by the development team, the game won’t feature pay-to-win elements. The firm release date for KartRider: Drift has yet to be announced.
