However, according to players, there will be one very key difference between these two titles. This could have frustrating consequences forSpace Marine 2if not taken into account by the development studio.
Fans Warn Saber Interactive Needs To Prepare Space Marine 2 Servers Well
Before the launch ofSpace Marine 2, fans who wanted to avoid any issues took to social media, warning that Saber Interactive should ensure the game’s servers are well-prepared.

The reason for this concern is linked to the mistake Arrowhead made withHelldivers. Many believe the developer underestimated the number of players who would purchase the game and failed to properly prepare the servers, leading to frustrating issues.
Some argue that the studio should not be blamed here because the game has achieved such great success that they think this is quite normal. But that doesn’t change the fact that Saber Interactive needs to make some provisions for the upcomingWarhammergame.
The prevailing opinion is thatSpace Marine 2will attract even more interest, with the fan bases of both games being so similar that they could draw each other in. When you factor in Xbox owners who never had the chance to playHelldivers 2, it’s clear that concerns about the servers are largely justified.

According to Sony’s financial reports for May,Helldivers 2has sold 12 million copies to date. While sales growth has slowed, the game has become one of Sony’s most successful ventures. Notably, it has surpassed the sales record set byGod of War Ragnarökwithin the same period after its release.
Unfortunately, Sony has not shared the game’s most up-to-date sales figures at this time.
