According to a recent post on Twitter/X by CharlieIntel an update was made to theCall of Dutyapp, in which it shows that the file sizes forWarzonewill finally be shrank down.

At the moment, the only information that has been revealed is regarding the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 versions of the game, in which the PlayStation 4 version will shrink from 82GB to 67GB, whereas the PlayStation 5 version will shrink from 174GB to 73GB.

This is a massive change in terms of file size for console players, as this is one of the main reasons most players avoid the title, as it causes them to either delete the game to create space or to have the game downloaded with next to no other titles.

Unfortunately, we have no concrete idea of when this update will finally come into being, but there are theories that this update will arrive for the upcomingBlack Ops 6Beta, as it will be changing the game to use the new engine and mechanics.
