The third season of DC’sTitansis finally over, and now, everyone’s wondering if the American superhero show will get a season 4. Well, here’s everything you need to know about it.
Premiered on DC Universe back in 2018,Titansis a popular superhero show based on DC’sTeen Titans. Compared to other superhero shows,Titansflaunts a much darker tone, the reason why millions of fans are connected with the series.
Season 3 was the best season ofTitans, primarily because of the introduction of Red Hood, Scarecrow, and Barbara Gordon in the show. The latest season gave us 13 fantastic episodes, and now, everyone is looking forward to another season of the show.
Will There be a Season 4 of Titans?
If you loved watching all three seasons ofTitans,you’d be delighted to know thatseason 4 of the show has been confirmed. HBO Max officially confirmed the fourth season atDC FanDome 2021event on October 16th. So, thanks to the positive reception around Season 3, the creators plan on giving us at least one more season ofTitans.
Is There a Release Date For Titans Season 4?
Of course, it’s exciting that HBO Max officially confirmed Season 4 ofTitans. However, the showrunners didn’t give us any release window for the upcoming season.
The first season ofTitanspremiered in 2018 on DC Universe, followed by the second season in 2019. However, HBO Max picked up the third season and released the first episode in August 2021. Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, there was a two-year gap between the second and the third season. So, if the production of Season 4 runs smoothly without any interruptions, we might get the new season ofTitanssometime in 2022.
Who Will Return in Season 4?
Of course, the main cast from the previous three seasons ofTitanswill return in the fourth season. That includes Teagan Croft (Rachel Roth), Brenton Thwaites (Dick Grayson), Anna Diop (Koriand’r/Kory Anders), Conor Leslie (Donna Troy), Ryan Potter (Gar Logan), Minka Kelly (Dawn Granger/Dove), and Curran Walters (Jason Todd/Robin/Red Hood). Also, we’ll hopefully see Savannah Welch coming back as Barbara Gordon and Jay Lycurgo as Tim Drake.
Apart from the original cast, we’ll definitely see some new characters appearing in Season 4. However, the studio has yet to reveal something about Season 4’s plot and new cast members.
