Nowadays, the rising popularity of veganism serves as an inspiration for many people to switch to a plant-based diet. They have received enormous praise from critics and enjoyed great success in their careers, but how has being neurodivergent affected their work?
They acknowledged in an interview withThe Timesthat their career has been greatly impacted by the way they see the world:
“I don’t know if I’d be an actor if it wasn’t for that.”

At the age of 18, Ramsey discovered they were neurodivergent. Even though this has helped them in their acting career, they believe that it has made life more challenging. They further explained:
“One of my things is I’m very perceptive, sometimes too perceptive. I get paralysed because I just see everything – it takes me four hours to get round Tesco’s.”
Learning lines can be challenging as well. They admitted:
“I learn them in the car on the way.”
Nonetheless, they acknowledge the advantages of their increased cognizance of “micro-expressions and social cues”. They joked that adjusting to living alone has been another challenge.
“I didn’t realise how much time was spent putting on washes.”
Ramsey’s most recent part was a bit of a change from their previous roles. In the second series of BBC prison dramaTime, written by Jimmy McGovern & Helen Black, theyskillfully portrayed pregnant drug addict Kelsey. Reviews for the second series were likewise favorable.
Ramsey has a really lovely face: dark-eyed and moonlike, deft and naive all at once, and strikingly youthful-looking. Since being cast inGame of Thronesas Lyanna Mormont, they have already been in the business for over six years.
