When this happens, through hard work, determination, and maybe some cheats, you can gather the money to move your Zoi family to a new location. This can be down the street or on the other side of the city. The choice is yours.
Like anything else, there are limitations to what you may and can’t do when moving your Zoi to a new location. Let’s break it all down.
Moving Your Zoi Household Into Its First Home
After you have created a new family, you will have the opportunity to choose where they live.
Currently, there are two cities to choose from in the game:
Once you have chosen which location you wish to move your family to, you must choose a residence for them to move into. This can be a smaller apartment, a vacant lot if you wish to build a home, or a larger single-family abode.
Depending on theamount of money your household has,you may only be able to afford a smaller apartment for your first home.
Whether it is your first home or one you are moving to, you cannot choose to live in an occupied residence. If you wish to live in an occupied home, you will first need to relocate the family living in the home.
How To Move Your Zoi Household
If you wish to move your family in InZOI, start by selecting to play as the family you wish to relocate. Once you are in the game, access the city map by selecting your Zoi’s smartphone or by pressing the ‘M’ key.
Now that you are on the city map, select a vacant location to move your family to. Remember, you cannot choose a location that is already occupied, but you can choose any vacant lots, apartments, or homes.

Once you have selected the property you want to move to,choose the ‘Relocate Here’ option on the menuthat pops up when selecting the vacant home. A second menu will pop up to confirm the choice. Press the ‘Okay’ button here to confirm.
It may take a moment, but you will see your selected family move from their previous home to the new one. They will finish any tasks,such as household chores,that were in the process of completing before moving unless they are told otherwise.
Removing A Family From An Occupied Home
If you just can’t stand the fact that someone is living in a house that you want your family in, you can relocate the family living in the house. To do this, access the city map again and choose the occupied house that you wish to move the family out of.
From here,select the ‘Relocate’ option on the menuin the top right of the screen. You will see various pins appearing across the map to show where you can move the family to.
Choose a location and confirm it. The family will then move out in a few minutes, freeing up space for a new family to take their place.

you’re able to also choose to dismiss the family from the home instead of relocating them. From the same menu as before,choose the ‘Dismiss’ option. This option will evict the family from the home, and they will be placed on the family menu.
The downside to choosing to dismiss a family instead of relocating them is thatyou will lose all the relationships you have made with them.If your Zois are good friends with the family, those relationships will disappear.
You can dismiss any family on the city map except for the one you are currently playing as. To dismiss your current family, you will need to switch the family you are playing as first.
You can still access any family you have dismissed by going to the ‘All Families’ menu, which is accessed at the top left of the city map. This will bring up the full list of families that are available.
It will also show which people are currently living in the city. This is also the menu that allows you tomove Zois between households.
Can You Move Zois Between Cities?
As stated previously, there are two cities in InZOI at this time: Dowon and Bliss Bay. Once you have moved a family into one of these locations, you aren’t able to move them to the other. In other words, those who reside in Dowon cannot move to Bliss Bay and vice versa.
Even if you decide to switch cities, you will notice that all the families on the ‘All Families’ menu are different.
This could be changed in the future, as the team is planning on implementing additional cities such as Cahaya, but there has been no official update on whether the development team will add the ability to move a family to a different city.
