Titled Bubble Season, the new update comes withthe usual boatload of outfitsand abilities, but the biggest transformation comes from the addition ofco-op modeand dyeing outfits.
After five months wandering the realms surrounded by NPCs, quirky and entertaining as they may be,Nikki can finally enjoy the company of… well, Nikki. Multiple Nikkis, even.

The update allows players to roam together, strutting around holding hands, making you wonder if they are really just roommates, and causing more bicycle-related traffic incidents than your average morning commute in Amsterdam. Players who are not down for this social experience can turn off the co-op mode.
Bubble Season also comes with thematic co-op missions like Bubble Escort, where players need to work together to take a bubble from one end of the course to another without popping. There’s plenty of mechanisms at play, and it’s way more fun than it has any right to be.

Infinity Nikki Bubble Season Bugs
It would be lovely if life were all about serving great looks and playing cute free games, but there’s no such thing as a free meal for virtual stylists.
One of Infinity Nikki’s selling points is that it is available on so many platforms, and players can seamlessly access their account progress by simply logging into their account. Unfortunately, as far as version 1.5 is concerned, not all platforms are created equal.
In comparison with previous releases,Infinity Nikki 1.5 is easily the most troubled update in the franchise. Mobile players, especially those on iOS, were disappointed to see that this patch did not fix some old grievances.
Both iOS and Android players are also reporting that certain menus are not working, making the game functionally unplayable.
On the PlayStation 5, the game occasionally locks the perspective to first person, and the left analog stick frequently stops responding. The issue can be ‘fixed’ by restarting the game, but this only provides temporary respite.
Meanwhile, somePC players have not been able to download the update at allwithout uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Papergames has been scrambling to hotfix the bugs reported, but it is unclear how long it will take until Infinity Nikki 1.5 is in a healthy state.
