One of the greatest aspects of his masterpiece was the antagonists. He never failed to amaze when it came to creating villains, and the fans absolutely hated them.
Even though they initially scared the fans, the Z warriors would always bounce back to eradicate the evil beings. Akira Toriyama gave a massive advantage to the Z warriors when it came to dealing with the villains. Their number always guaranteed victory, irrespective of the antagonist’s power levels.
Z Warriors Always Had An Entire Team Ready

While most of the good guys joined the Z warriors, some antagonists also followed them. By the end ofDragon Ball Super, there were more than ten people in the group. It automatically gave them an advantage over any villain that could appear. Even Akira Toriyama found it unfair.

Trunks and Goten never faced these situations, yet they could easily become Super Saiyan. It was as if the legendary status had become a child’s play. In the end, when only Jiren,Goku, Frieza, and Android 17 were the remaining warriors, the latter three teamed up on Jiren. Goku and Frieza sacrificed themselves and took Jiren out with them. Android 17 was the only remaining participant confirming Universe 7’s victory.

On the other hand, Piccolo, Tien, Krillin, etc., were not strong enough to face the likes of Frieza, Perfect Cell, and Majin Buu.
