Sienna Miller and Ben Affleck starred together in the 2016 film,Live By Night, which the actor himself helmed. He was riding high on the success of his Oscar-winning filmArgo,but this next film proved to be a complete disaster. It took years for Affleck to take on another project as a director. Miller may have identified one of the issues which affected the emotional quality of the film. She revealed that she had zero chemistry with Affleck.

In recent years, Miller has been known for playing complex, dramatic roles in films that were well-received by critics as well as audiences. She’s playing the role of Frances Kittredge in Kevin Costner’s upcoming two-part Western drama,Horizon: An American Saga.

Miller revealed toDrew Barrymorethat she and Affleck had a hard time playing the love interests in the film. She shared that theBatman v. Supermanactor was like a brother to her and added that they could not be less attracted to each other. They had zero chemistry during the scenes in the film and Miller shared that it was hysterical. TheBurntactress shared onThe Drew Barrymore Show:
Ben Affleck was like my brother. We had zero chemistry whatsoever. It was hysterical. We were supposed to be in love. We could not be less attracted to each other, which was hysterical.

Miller also had a funny issue with Affleck which made her even more uncomfortable while acting with him. She shared that he had an enormous head while her head was small. This provided for some logistical issues while placing the camera on the film’s lead pair. She shared that she could barely look at him during shots because she would be laughing. Miller shared:
He has an enormous head. I have a small one. So they’d have to, like, put me slightly ahead of him in two shots. And he directed the movie and I could barely look at him for laughing the whole time.

However, besides their lack of chemistry as love interests, she had a great time withThe Accountantactor. She listed him among the few actors with whom she would work again, though perhaps not as a couple. Miller also name-droppedBradley Cooperas a great co-star with whom she had worked twice.

However, Miller shared that Bowie may not have liked her much since she flooded his apartment. Miller moved into Bowie’s building as his neighbor at the beginning of her career.

She once hosted a Halloween party during which someone flooded the bathroom in her apartment. It then flooded Bowie’s apartment. Miller shared the story with Barrymore:
But, I had a Halloween party at this apartment, and somebody flooded the bathroom which then flooded David Bowie’s apartment, so he didn’t like me very much. He was nice about it apparently.

She recently appeared in the finale season of Larry David’sCurb Your Enthusiasmas herself. She played the lead in last year’s AppleTV+ series,Extrapolations. Miller’sHorizon: An American Saga – Chapter 1debuted at the 77th Cannes Film Festival on Sunday.
