Guerrilla Games' upcoming titleHorizon Forbidden Westwill see Aloy take on her chaotic world yet again that’s packed with new monsters and stunning graphics. Although we will have to wait that bit longer as the flame-haired kick-ass warrior doesn’t emerge until February 2022, you can always slip into her shoes until then with the help of these brand new cosplay guides.
Guerilla Games made an announcement on their official Twitter page that two cosplay guides are available for those who would love nothing more than to become Aloy. As many cosplayers will know, finding the right materials as well as getting certain elements of a character’s attire and weapons right, can be a tricky job (not to mention expensive!).
The detailed and stunning guides showcase close-up images of Aloy’s face, hair, and clothes, leaving nothing out. We even get a birds-eye view at the top of Aloy’s hair, something players wouldn’t usually see in-game. Of course, no cosplay is complete without accessories and the guides go to great lengths to show off every angle an inspiring Aloy cosplayer could need.
As incredible as Aloy’s outfits are with their rich colour scheme and lightweight yet sturdy materials, the images of her weapons are where it’s at. In theNora Huntress cosplay guide, fans can check out and get up closer and personal with the deadly spear. In theUtaru Harvester guide, there’s an intricate viewing of the bow with its feather and beading placement. Perfect for those who love attention to detail.
