What Happened Previously On Horimiya: The Missing Pieces?

Sports Day had finally arrived, and Hori was excited as she prepared to participate in the girls' hurdle race. However, Ayasaki approached her with a playful remark, saying that if she won, Miyamura would belong to her. This distracted Hori, but just when she needed it the most, Miyamura stood up and cheered her on. His encouragement fueled her determination, and she managed to finish the race. Afterward, Ayasaki commented on Hori and Miyamura’s cuteness as a couple.

Meanwhile, Sawada experienced a loss in the tug-of-war, and Ishikawa, on the other hand, participated in the balance race, with the whole crowd cheering loudly for him. He and Syu ended the race in a tie, leaving everyone impressed. As the girls gathered for the cheer competition, Hori and her team’s cheerleading stole the hearts of the junior girls, while Ayasaki’s team won the favor of the boys with their feminine performance.

Amidst the fun and games, Sakura struggled to keep up with everyone but managed to perform well. She thanked Yoshikawa for her support and encouragement. Unexpectedly, Miyamura was called by a teacher to replace someone in the scavenger hunt. During the hunt, he and Hori found themselves teamed up, and together they completed the race.

The day culminated in a mock cavalry battle, with Miyamura and Sengoku going head-to-head. Miyamura’s strategic skills earned him victory, securing the overall win for the East team. Though Ayasaki felt sad about their loss, Sakura tried to cheer her up. After the event, Miyamura couldn’t resist calling her cute, causing her to blush and run away.

As the sports day came to an end, Miyamura reflected on the day’s excitement, realizing it might be his first and last sports day but feeling content that it was enjoyable and memorable. The episode ended with a heartwarming moment between Hori and Miyamura, expressing the affection they share for each other.
