Tingyun’s Key Abilities
Tingyun dealsLightning DMGequal to 50% of her ATK to a single enemy.
Grants a single ally with Benediction to increase their ATK by 25%, up to 15% of Tingyun’s current ATK. When the Ally with Benediction attacks, they will deal Additional Lightning DMG equal to 20% of that ally’s ATK for 1 time. Benediction lasts for 3 turn(s) and is only effective on the most recent receiver of Tingyun’s Skill.
Regenerates 50 Energy for a single ally and increases the target’s DMG by 20% for 2 turn(s).
Tingyun immediately regenerates 50 Energy upon using her Technique.
When an enemy is attacked by Tingyun, the ally with Benediction immediately deals Additional Lightning DMG equal to 30% of that ally’s ATK to the same enemy.

Best Light Cone: The Battle Isn’t Over
With this equipped, after Tingyun uses her Skill on an ally, they will gain30% bonus damage on their next attack, further boosting the effectiveness of Tingyun’s Skill. It also grants her an 8% Energy Regeneration Rate, allowing her to keep her allies topped up with her own Ultimate.
Budget Option: Carve the Moon, Weave the Clouds
At the start of combat and every time Tingyun takes action, this Light Cone will grant all allies either increased ATK, CRIT DMG, or Energy Regeneration Rate. While this is not as reliable as the above option, it can potentially allow for devastating damage output and is a fantastic support option.
Best Relic Sets: Sprightly Vonwacq & Band of Sizzling Thunder
Sprightly Vonwacqincreases Tingyun’s Energy Regeneration Rate and, with enough SPD, allows her toact faster upon beginning a battle. Thispowerful relicwill let her quickly apply her damage boost onto an ally, as well as have higher ultimate uptime.
Band of Sizzling Thunder, on the other hand, boosts Tingyun’s Lightning DMG and ATK, allowing her to perform more DPS.
