Although Bronya is acharacter that you may have in your own squadinHonkai Star Raileventually, there is a campaign mission in Jarilo VI where you need to beat thiscommander of Belobog. Bronya might seem like a tough enemy, but if you learn about a small trick, you can eventually defeat her.

Since this is a campaign mission, there is no way to skip the battle. Depending on the characters you have in your squad, this battle might take a bit longer than expected, but ideally, you needfour unique combat typesin your squad.
How To Defeat Bronya
Bronya herself isvulnerable against Physical (gray), Fire (red), and Imaginary (yellow) combat classes. However, she also spawnsSilvermane Guardsduring the battle, who are vulnerable against Ice (blue), Wind (green), Quantum (purple), and Physical damage.
By default, you have your own character ready to deal Physical damage, but you need to be lucky to have someone in your squad that deals Fire or Imaginary damage. If you have any of them, like Asta, make sure to add them to your squad. Keep in mind that Bronya is quite tough against attacks, and it will take you longer to drain her health bar without the corresponding elements.
Theideal line-upfor this battle isPhysical, Fire, Imaginary, and Ice, but if you don’t have Fire or Imaginary, you can replace them with Wind (Dan Hang) and another Ice or Physical. We have already done it with Player Character, Dan Hang, March 7th, and Herta. This is a line-up that every player will have access to at that point of the campaign.
In order to break Bronya’s shield, you will need todefeat the Silvermane Guards first. Keep in mind that as long as guards are alive, Bronya’s vulnerabilities are locked, which means even if you hit her with a combat class that she is vulnerable to, her shield will not take any damage.
Once guards are dead, Bronya’s vulnerabilities will unlock, and you can break her shield. At this part of the battle, you shouldalways use March 7th’s skill to add up shields to your characters, as she belongs to the Ice combat class, and attacking with her will not deal any significant damage to Bronya’s shield.
Once you break Bronya’s shield, you will havelimited turns to deal damage to herbefore she can respawn Silvermane Guards once again. This cycle will repeat until you drain Bronya’s health bar. Make sure to always prioritize using March 7th’s skill on herself, as you will need her alive until the end of this combat to protect all fighters in your squad.
