On the chaotic battlefields ofHelldivers 2, stims are players’ best friends. With a single stim shot, players can heal themselves and instantly get back to killing. As the difficulty increases, players have to use stims more frequently but there is one major flaw in stim design that needs to be reworked as it has resulted in the deaths of countless Helldivers.
Players often find themselves in situations where they are attacked by a horde of enemies and in those situations, it is better to run to safety and regenerate health using stim. In such times, while sprinting away, if players press the stim button, it slows down movement, allowing enemies to attack players again. Some enemies in the game are fast-paced and that short delay is enough for them to catch up and kill the players.
Helldivers 2should allow players to use stim while sprinting
Stim is a great feature inHelldivers 2as it instantly fills up the health bar and boosts stamina, allowing players to continue fighting. However, there is a major problem with stims. When players hit the stim button, it slows them down for a brief moment. While this brief moment may seem minute, it allows enemies to catch up and attack players again.

Even while using stims on teammates, players need to stop and press the button to regenerate health. It makes no sense as players can also stim themselves while sprinting, saving them from extra damage that they can get from fast-paced enemies. The game allows players to call in Stratagems while sprinting, so why not stims?
This armor allows players to carry two extra stims
It is common for players to find themselves in a situation where they’ve run out of stims and are running across the map with a horde of enemies on their tails. This can be avoided if players equip the CM-09 Bonesnapper armor. This armor can be unlocked on the fourth page ofHelldivers Mobilize Warbond. It not only increases the initial inventory and holding capacity of stims by 2 but also increases stim effect duration by 2 seconds.

If players combine this with the Hellpod Space Optimization booster, they will have full stims upon arrival. With 6 stims in the inventory, players can last longer on the battlefield and wipe out enemies without worrying about dying. Using stim at the right time can change the outcome of the battle, so verify you use it wisely.
