Clock In is aRobloxhorror game that uses VHS-like visuals and effects to create a uniquely frightening experience. In chapter one, you must carry out the night shift at a roadside convenience store. All the while, you’ll be dodging a terrifying figure that seeks to kill you.

The first chapter of Clock In can be daunting for new players, as they learn the ropes and attempt to perform their tasks as a relentless foe gradually closes in. To beat the game, you’ll need to finish your shift and keep yourself safe from the entity. This guide will teach you everything you need to know in order to beat chapter one of Clock In.
Surviving The Entity
As you complete your shift in chapter one of Clock In, you’ll be hunted by a mysterious entity, a staple feature ofRoblox horror games. If you get caught, this entity will kill you, and you’ll have to start over at the beginning of your shift.The entity will start the night lurking outside the store; you’ll be safe inside, but any tasks that require leaving the store will put you in danger. Halfway through your shift, it will enter the store,and you’ll need to complete your objectives while avoiding it.
Clock In gives you a few cues when the entity is nearby. First, static will appear on your screen, indicating that the entity is visible. As it gets closer to you, you’ll hear loud white noise.When this happens, break line of sight and immediately sprint away from the entity.Allowing it to remain close by will result in a jumpscare and instant player death.
There’s no fighting the entity; just run and hide!

Objectives
In order to beat chapter one of Clock In, you’ll need to perform a series of tasks and complete your shift at the store.Most of these tasks are simple, but will put you in danger of being killed by the entity.You’ll find the requirements for each task detailed below.
As the game’s title suggests, clocking in for your shift is your first and most important objective. Luckily, this is an easy task.Just walk into the store and make your way through the door at the back.Interact with the punch clock (the small device on the wall), and your shift will officially begin.
Find The Broom And Clean The Floors
Next, you’ll need to retrieve a broom from the shed. The shed is located behind the store, but can be hard to find due to Clock In’s dim lighting.From the punch clock, walk through the door on your left. This will take you to the storage room, which contains the back door to the store.Head outside, then turn left and keep walking until you reach a pair of blue dumpsters. The shed will be behind them and to the left. Once you’re inside, grab the broom and head back inside the store.
Using the broom, interact with the small piles of litter on the store’s floor to clean them.These can be found between the shelves, by the registers, in the bathroom, and in the storage room. Clock In will note your progress as you clean; you’ll need to reach 100% in order to move on to the next objective.
Collect Money From The Cash Registers
The cash registers can be found at the front of the store. Thankfully, there are no complicated puzzles likeRoom 50 of DOORS. Just head over to the registers and interact with both of them in order to collect the money.
Get Packages From The Storage Room And Restock
For this task, you’ll need to head back to the storage room and interact with one of the packages scattered around. Then, walk back to the front of the store and interact with the shelves to restock them.you’re able to only carry one package at a time, so you’ll be heading back and forth.Keep going until you reach 50% completion.
The correct shelf will be highlighted in white while you’re holding a package.
Restart The Power
At 50% completion, the power in the store will go out. Head outside and locate the generator, which is on the left side of the store. It gives off a loud humming noise, making it easier to find in the dark. Interact with it to attempt to restore power.Unfortunately, the generator will fail, and you’ll have to complete the rest of your shift in the dark.
Continue Restocking The Shelves
Once you’re inside, you’ll need to resume stocking the shelves.At this point, the entity will enter the store and actively hunt for players.Head straight for the shelves, and don’t be afraid to use your sprint bar if necessary. As in fellowRoblox horror game Panik, you should take advantage of the tall shelves to create space between yourself and the entity.
Throw Out The Trash Bags
This objective is similar to restocking the shelves, only you’ll be heading outside the store. Pick up the trash bags sitting in the storage room and take them to the dumpsters outside. Like before, you’re able to only carry one trash bag at a time.
The entity is harder to spot outside, so listen closely for its cues until you’ve completed the task.
Count The Drinks In The Fridges And Input At Computer
From the storage room, head into the hallway and through the door to the store. There will be fridges directly in front of you, to the right, and along the wall. You’ll need to interact with each of them in order to get the drink count. Once you have all the numbers, head back to the storage room and interact with the computer.Add those numbers together and use the arrows to input the drink count.
Clean The Windows
Head to the front of the store and interact with the windows to clean them.You can only interact with the windows from the outside of the store, so listen closely for the entity while doing this task.Thankfully, there are only a few windows that need to be cleaned, allowing you to complete the objective quickly and avoid being caught.
Go To The Bus Stop
Your shift has ended, but you aren’t out of danger yet.You’ll need to get to the bus stop first, so make your way to the street and turn right.Stand next to the bus doors until your screen fades to black. You’ll receive a message congratulating you on completing your shift and surviving chapter one of Clock In.
