The best weapon for Sayu is the Skyward Pride, which will be again the new weapon available for grab in the new weapon banner releasing along with the Yoimiya banner. Here is a description of the perks of the weapon.
Increases all DMG dealt by 8%. After using an Elemental Burst, Normal or Charged Attack, on hit, creates a vacuum blade that does 80% of ATK as DMG to opponents along its path. Lasts for 20s or 8 vacuum blades.
With these perks, it makes it one of the perfect weapons for Sayu. Apart from that, players can also try using Katsuragikiri Nagamasa, Favonius Greatsword, and Prototype Archaic.
When it comes to artifacts, we recommend using Viridescent Venerer which increases Spread DMG by 60% when used as 4-piece set. It also reduces the RES of enemies hit by Swirl by 40%, while the 2-piece set increases Anemo DMG by 15%. A good alternative for the artifact is Noblesse Oblige.
