A brand new update forFortnitehas arrived across PlayStation, Xbox, PC, Nintendo Switch, and Android devices, marking the beginning of Chapter 4 Season 2. The new season is titled ‘Fortnite MEGA’, and boasts a new futuristic neo-Tokyo vibe with plenty of new content.
Following some rather lengthy server downtime, Fortnite has officially kicked off a brand new season with some big changes. Alongside some map changes, new features, and bug fixes, there’s a brand new battle pass, new weapons, and plenty more for players to jump into.

Become MEGA in Fortnite Battle Royale Chapter 4 Season 2. Ride the grind rails of “MEGA City” and swerve on its streets on a sports bike. Go beyond the neon towers to the rest of the new biome: cause Havoc at “Steamy Springs,” drive a Nitro Drifter to the “Drift Ridge” car track, sharpen your Kinetic Blade skills at “Kenjutsu Crossing,” and more!

LEGACY OPERATING SYSTEM SUPPORT CHANGES
As previously announced, starting with Battle Royale Chapter 4 Season 2, players will be required to use Windows 10 or higher in order to continue playing Fortnite natively on PC in an officially supported manner. Windows 7 and 8 are now officially unsupported in Fortnite.
