Almost a year has passed since theElden Ring DLC Shadow of the Erdtreeannouncement, and fans are beginning to lose hope. But From Software and Bandai Namco finally launched a new gameplay with all the answers to the questions that were circulating online.
This DLC is, according to Miyazaki himself, the most ambitious and huge in all the history of the company.Shadow of the Erdtreewill introduce all kinds of weapons, spells, places, and, most importantly, new and unbearably difficult bosses.

The DLC was announced back in March 2023, after neither Bandai Namco nor From Software gave any more details aboutShadow of the Erdtree. Yesterday, they announced that the trailer would be coming today, and fans couldn’t be more excited about this. The release date, price, and Collector’s Edition were also confirmed by Bandai Namco and From Software. The scale of the DLC was very noticeable in the gameplay; every new aspect of the content was shown, as were the spectacular new bosses.
Shadow of the Erdtree, as shown, has an enormous amount of new content for the players to delighted about it. Including new weapons, new spells, and a very good glimpse of the new map with the Erdtree in the center of it.

But as always with a new From Software launch, the most important are the new and very menacing bosses that were introduced in the gameplay reveal. A very interesting face was shown at the end of the video; this character could be the very final boss of this DLC.
A great Collector’s Edition is incoming
This new and long-awaited DLC will be available on June 21 on Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, PS4, PS5, and PC. The price will be $39.99, and theElden Ringbase game will be required to play. Bandai Namco has also confirmed several editions of the content. The Collector’s Edition will be approximately $259.99 and will have the base game, the DLC, a book with the art of the game with 48 pages, the soundtrack, and a statue of Messmer the Impaler.

Fans are waiting to see how difficult the new bosses will be. The trailer introduced new, very fascinating bosses but also showed a little glimpse of what could be the real final boss, Miquella, who wants revenge for her sister being killed.
